The Reign Advisory is a 90-day private coaching program for women who own their practice, and are done being the person it can’t run without.
I work with a small number of women at a time, so you get real focus, real clarity, and real momentum.
You spent years learning to be excellent at the work itself. Diagnosis. Technique. Judgment under pressure. A standard you would never compromise.
Nobody taught you how to lead a team. How to decide who your practice is really for. What to do when someone you genuinely like isn’t performing, or how to hold a standard without becoming someone you don’t want to be.
So you did what capable people do when they’re handed a job they were never trained for — you substituted effort. You produced more. You absorbed more. You fixed whatever broke, because you could. And it worked, right up until it capped you.
Your practice doesn’t run on you because something is wrong with you. It runs on you because nobody ever taught you how to be a business owner.
December 2014, over Christmas break. I called an orthodontics consultant — my last attempt at fixing things before filing for bankruptcy. I was frightened. And underneath the fear was something I hadn’t even named yet: I believed I was a loser for not getting it right.
The consultant said:
This is not your fault. You were not set up for success. You were trained to be a doctor, not a business owner.
I have never forgotten it. Not because it fixed anything — it didn’t. The work came after, and the work was hard. But it took the blame off me, and that was the thing that made me able to hear a solution at all.
That’s why I say it to you now.
Private work with me is built to get you out of operator mode — through two things: CEO Authority and Queen Client Clarity. Depending on where you are, we’ll:
Bottom line: we rebuild your practice around the right patient, the right value, and the right standard — so it stops running on your exhaustion and starts running by design.
I’m Dr. Ana Castilla. Before I did this, I owned an orthodontics practice.
For years I ran it exactly the way I’ve just described to you — as its hardest-working employee. I was the producer, the manager, the tiebreaker, and the person who fixed whatever broke. From the outside it looked like success. I called it leadership. It was labor with a better title.
That call in 2014 was where it turned. But being told it wasn’t my fault didn’t fix my practice — it just made me willing to start. What actually changed it wasn’t another hire or another system. It was two decisions.
I got ruthlessly clear on who my practice was actually for, and what I was known for — so the work became repeatable instead of custom-everything. That’s Queen Client Clarity.
And I learned to lead through my team instead of rescuing them out of every gap — setting the standard, and then letting them meet it, including the times they met it differently than I would have. That’s CEO Authority.
The practice stopped running on my exhaustion. And when I decided it was time, I sold it.
I’m not telling you that so you’ll sell yours. Most owners I talk to don’t want to. I’m telling you because a practice that only works when you’re inside it is worth very little to anyone — including you. The work that makes it sellable is the same work that makes it livable.
Underneath the clarity is a discipline I learned in business school and used to scale my own company: a sharp Customer Value Proposition — the clear reason the right patient chooses you. That’s the engine room. But the shift my clients actually feel is simpler. The practice stops running on them.
This is QueenMode. We lead with clarity, standards, and calm authority.
A high-touch 90-day advisory designed for results.
This is not generic coaching. It’s a high-trust advisory built to help you make the decisions that get you out of operator mode faster — the ones that sharpen demand, raise your standard, and give you back your time.
Ten private calls over 90 days — weekly for the first six weeks, then every other week. Your first session is 90 minutes.
Direct access between calls, Monday through Friday, with a reply within one business day — for the resignation, the bad review, the offer from a group, the conversation that went sideways.
A written recap after every call — the decisions, the one next thing, in your inbox within 24 hours.
A written diagnosis in week one — where your practice actually depends on you, drawn from your own five days of evidence, not a questionnaire.
Nine working sheets, each one page, each one either something to notice or something to decide. None of them is a project.
A measured before-and-after — we run the same five-day audit in week one and week thirteen, so what changed is a number, not a feeling.
And one thing this is not. I don’t build your systems, write your protocols, or hire your team. That isn’t the work, and anyone who promises it is selling you a fourth job. The operational calm comes as a byproduct — because you’re no longer the only person who knows how everything works.
I keep my private roster intentionally limited, so I can deliver deep, customized strategy and true decision support.
The women who thrive in The Reign Advisory are:
A private 90-day advisory for women who own their practice and are ready to stop being the person it can’t run without.
Q: Do you coach dentists?
A: Yes. I’m an orthodontist by training and I owned my own practice, so dentistry is the world I know best — the associate who isn’t producing, the schedule that only works when you’re in it, the offers from groups wanting to buy you. But the work itself isn’t clinical. It’s the shift from being your practice’s best producer to being its owner, and that shift looks the same for any woman who owns a practice.
Q: I’m the only one who really produces. How can I possibly step back?
A: You don’t stop producing — that was never the goal. But look at what else you’re carrying: the decisions, the escalations, the standard that exists nowhere except inside your head, the follow-up nobody else does. None of that is production, and all of it is what’s actually exhausting you. As long as you’re carrying both, you can’t be excellent at either. The work is putting down the second job, not the first.
Q: What kinds of practices do you work with?
A: Women-owned practices where the owner has quietly become the bottleneck. Most often dental and dental specialty practices, though the pattern is the same across clinical practice ownership.
Q: Do you guarantee results?
A: I provide the strategy, the structure, and the standard. The results come from your implementation — and I’ll hold you to it.
Keep showing up. Keep leading boldly. And remember: you were born to reign.
